OROLOG - TERMS and CONDITIONS



DELIVERY POLICY:

Items shown as in stock will ship within 5 working days of receipt of payment. Actual receipt of goods will vary according to the Customers location and also by any circumstances affecting normal delivery times such as weather, strikes or other factors.


RETURNS:

Goods may be returned within 30 days of purchase. After this time, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted at our discretion: a. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. b. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery. d. Any Import taxes, duties or associated customs charges which we cannot normally recover will not be credited. e. Our original incurred Shipping costs are non-refundable.


REFUNDS:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

SALE ITEMS:

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.


EXCHANGES

If the product fault can be rectified by a mechanical adjustment, repair or replacement of the defective part this will be the remedy rather then exchange it for the same item. If you wish to exchange it for a different item, send us an email at info@hayonorolog.com detailing the reason for the exchange and which alternative model your would like to receive. Do not return your item without first receiving our agreement.


REPAIRS UNDER WARRANTY:

Product defects covered by our standard warranty will be completed at no charge including return shipping.  Do not return your item without first receiving our authorisation. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item - see SHIPPING COSTS below.


NON-WARRANTY REPAIRS & SERVICE

We provide a full after sales service including cleaning, adjustments and all necessary repairs to have your  timepiece restored to  best working order and condition by our skilled watchmakers in London. Prior to sending us your watch first email us with a description of the fault or service required and we will give you an estimate of likely charges. Once the watch is received we may find other or different defects than you previously advised which may alter the time required and cost of repairs. We will always quote you and obtain your approval before proceeding with any repairs.


GIFTS:

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. To be eligible for a gift credit, item must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return. To be eligible for a refund, item must be returned within 30 days of purchase.


SHIPPING RETURNS:

To return your product, you should first advise us by email that you wish to return your product and subject to any of the relevant terms and conditions above, we will then authorise and accept return of goods. We take no responsibility for goods returned without prior authorisation. SHIPPING COSTS:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
