OROLOG - 2 YEAR WARRANTY

WARRANTY:

Unless otherwise stated, OROLOG wristwatches are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase.  Warranty excludes normal wear and tear, accidental damage and improper use.

Watch straps and batteries are excluded from this warranty.

Warranty only applies to original purchaser and/or gifted recipient provided recipient informs OROLOG or Editions in Time Gallery in writing that they are the actual owner of the watch within 45 days of original purchase date.

All claims for service under warranty should be made in writing by email if possible for efficient communication to info@hayonorolog.com

REPAIRS UNDER WARRANTY:

Product defects covered by our standard warranty will be completed at no charge including return shipping.  Do not return your item without first receiving our authorisation. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item - see SHIPPING COSTS below.

NON-WARRANTY REPAIRS & SERVICE

We provide a full after sales service including cleaning, adjustments and all necessary repairs to have your  timepiece restored to  best working order and condition buy our skilled watchmakers in London. Prior to sending us your watch first email us with a description of the fault or service required and we will give you an estimate of likely charges. Once the watch is received we may find other or differetn defects than you previously adsvised which may alter the time required and cost of repairs. We will always quote you and obtain your approval before proceeding with any repairs.

If product is accepted for repair or replacement, cost of shipping to be borne by purchaser. Please refer to SHIPPING RETURNS: and SHIPPING COSTS: in TERMS & CONDITIONS for further details.
